September's Awesome Cigar Choice Punch Mudoro

     

     For September we will have Punch Maduro cigars.  I had to smoke one when I first got them and they were really nice.  Several non-smokers were standing close by and really enjoyed the smell.  For a maduro wrap they happen to have a  pretty mild taste to them.  Hopefully I will have some to enjoy on my own after the social.

Last month's social and cigar review

     So last month we had Hoyo de Monterrey cigars at the social.  They were pretty nice.  I ordered the cask aged cigars.  When I got them I put them into the humidor and allowed them to breath.  After a few days I could already taste the difference.  They had a good burn and a mild taste. 

      It turns out there were several events going on throughout the city last month on the same day as the social.  But even though it was a smaller group, there was some good conversation and I got to know some new people.  That's what socials like these are all about though.  It's not about the large numbers, it's about relaxing and letting time go by. 

September Cigar and Boots Social

September is here and it's time for the next Cigar and Boots social. 

September's social will be back at Redwing at 5pm on Sunday 4th.

San Diego is lucky in that we still have a few bars that still allow outdoor cigar and pipe smoking.  Each month I plan to use a different venue to add something new and support the bars 

So each month while the location may change the event should always take place on the first weekend of each month.  So for all you smokers keep that in mind.

Redwing will offer $ 1.00 draft domestic beer and burger and beer special for $6.00.  Come out a little early and get some grub and enjoy the evening.

Cigar and Boots Sept Social

This is a monthly cigar social here in San Diego. Anyone is welcome. Lot's of great people just hanging out and enjoying the day.
Come out and finish off the holiday weekend with some ice cold beer. Draft specials until 6pm.

Burger and Beer special till 6pm.
Get there a little early and enjoy the sun and drinks.

The Cigar social is a monthly event, very casual just a lot of fun and relaxing with friendly down to earth people It's an outdoor event so plenty of fresh air for the non-smokers
Visitors to the city are welcome to come by and meet some local. I will have cigars at the event for a $5.00 donation.
